One of our partners conducted a VDA 6.3 process audit at KTT this October.
VDA 6.3 is a process-based audit standard for the automotive industry. It assesses supplier processes and safeguards product quality and robust, reliable manufacturing across the supply chain.
Our Quality Manager, Jenő Kovács, explained that during the audit every step of our manufacturing process was analysed – from assessing customer needs through to delivery and follow-up: “We selected one product and examined our manufacturing process, supplier monitoring and customer service. We define and implement measures for any deviations.”
Although we have not yet received the written report, we expect to receive an “A” rating, which would not only confirm our compliance but also open the door to new projects with our partners.
For KTT Sealing Technologies, it is particularly important to manufacture products of consistently outstanding quality for our customers.
The positive audit results confirm this and also show that the products manufactured by KTT did not cause any quality issues during assembly in 2025 either.
